Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Managing daily warehouse operations, including the loading and unloading of vehicles, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and tidy environment.
- Team Coordination: Acting as the primary communication link between office staff and operatives, ensuring that road staff depart on time with the correct materials and equipment.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitoring material and uniform stock levels, performing regular checks to ensure everything is in order.
- Safety Compliance: Conducting security checks and ensuring that the warehouse adheres to health and safety regulations.
