We're looking for a hands-on Service & Installation Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be working on installations, servicing & fault finding across customer sites in the UK and overseas. This role involves working away Monday-Friday, with opportunities for international travel.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Carrying out maintenance, servicing & repairs on a wide range of equipment
  • Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions
  • Completing mechanical installations and assembly work
  • Assisting with electrical panel wiring & panel building
  • Reading and working from engineering & electrical drawings
  • Conducting site surveys & installation checks
  • Delivering high levels of customer service on-site
  • Ensuring all work is completed to health & safety standards
  • Completing job reports and documentation accurately
  • Supporting both reactive and planned maintenance (PPM)

  • Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Confident working directly with customers and clients
  • Excellent communication skills – must be a good listener
  • Hands-on with a mechanical background (electrical knowledge a bonus)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed
  • Comfortable working away from home regularly
