Adecco are recruiting for a Process Shift Technician to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull.
- Key Duties
- Test process materials and finished products against specification.
- Issue blending and packing instructions.
- Identify and correct out-of-specification material.
- Investigate non-conforming product and support root-cause actions.
- Liaise with Production, Maintenance and Shift Supervisors.
- Maintain accurate testing records and samples.
- Ensure working areas remain safe and technically compliant.
- Support equipment set-up and process improvements.
About You
- Practical and hands-on.
- Confident working in manufacturing, production, process or laboratory environments.
- Logical and comfortable solving problems.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow technical instructions and maintain accurate records.
- A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working both day and night shifts.
