Working Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Specialist to join a six‑month contract. If you enjoy transforming complex data into insightful reports and dashboards, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using data from various sources, including SQL databases, dataflows and SharePoint.
  • Build and maintain robust data models to ensure scalable and efficient reporting solutions.
  • Manage and maintain KPI scorecards, ensuring consistency and alignment across all organizational levels.
  • Ensure all reports adhere to standardisation principles, maintaining consistency and following agreed design and data quality guidelines.
  • Monitor existing reports, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualisations.
  • Support the ongoing development of reporting frameworks and best practices.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity and performance across all reporting solutions.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong experience in Power BI, including report development, DAX and data modelling.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources such as SQL, dataflows, Excel and APIs.
  • Good understanding of data transformation and ETL processes.
  • Ability to create clear, user‑friendly dashboards and visualisations.
  • Strong focus on data quality and consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing KPI frameworks or scorecards is a plus.
