Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Completing bank reconciliations and accurate data entry
- Assisting with payroll and finance reporting
- Maintaining organised and compliant financial records
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Supporting operational tasks including stock and deliveries when required
About You:
- Previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant role (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office systems
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support across the business
- Physically capable of occasional manual tasks (incl. lifting)
