About the Role

We are currently recruiting an afternoon Shift FLT Driver to join a busy and well‑established manufacturing site in the HU2 area. This role is ideal for an experienced and reliable FLT driver who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment and supporting daily factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating FLT Counterbalance trucks to move, load, and unload materials
  • Supplying production lines with raw materials
  • Transporting finished goods to designated storage areas
  • Supporting general warehouse and production activities when required
  • Ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently at all times
  • Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

Essential Requirements (Must Have)

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience as an FLT driver
  • Experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail

Desirable

  • Previous manufacturing or factory experience
  • Team‑player attitude with flexibility to assist other areas of the site
