Finance Administrator - Full Time (Onsite, Willerby / Hull Area)
The Role
As a Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and processes run smoothly.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will assist with a range of administrative and financial tasks while helping to support the wider finance team's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining financial records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and payment processing.
- Supporting credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding payments and customer accounts.
- Handling account, billing, and finance-related queries from customers and colleagues.
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and general finance administration duties.
- Supporting month-end processes and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborating with the wider finance team to improve processes and maintain accurate financial information.
About You
- Has previous experience in a Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant, or similar finance support role.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Is confident working with financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Possesses strong communication and customer service skills.
- Can effectively manage workloads and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Working Pattern
Full-time, onsite role based at the employer's modern Willerby office.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
