Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails in line with client service level agreements.
  • Maintain high accuracy in information gathering and inputting.
  • Ensure all Helpdesk calls are recorded and followed through to completion in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with your team to tackle challenges and innovate solutions.
