Overview

In this role you will provide technical leadership and governance for a large-scale EUC environment, bridging architecture and engineering. You will define standards and roadmaps, translate business needs into strategic solutions, and influence technical direction with stakeholders and delivery teams. You’ll support transformation initiatives and drive service improvements. The position entails strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical authority for the EUC domain
  • Review, challenge and approve technical designs
  • Provide governance and architectural oversight across workplace technologies
  • Define standards, best practices and roadmaps
  • Translate business requirements into strategic technology solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders, clients and delivery teams to shape future-state architecture
  • Support transformation initiatives and service improvements

Key requirements

  • Strong End User Computing (EUC) background
  • Proven experience as Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Domain Architect or Lead Architect in large enterprises
  • Experience in large enterprise or Managed Services environments
  • Experience as Design Authority or technical governance lead
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, Windows Endpoints, Autopilot, Modern Workplace technologies, Digital Workplace services
  • Comfortable reviewing, challenging and approving technical solutions
