Job Description:

As a Health & Safety Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our client\’s operations. You will play a key role in managing and monitoring the compliance of operatives, conducting interviews when issues or risks arise, and ensuring the effective implementation of RAMs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs).
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor the compliance of operatives and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, conduct interviews with operatives, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on health and safety matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
