Location: London – Hybrid: 2 days in the office

Are you an experienced Head of Test looking for your next exciting opportunity? We have a fantastic position with one of our clients in the Central Government industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing effort for a major programme
- Develop and implement a test strategy and approach
- Create detailed test plans and test cases
- Produce high-quality test scripts for successful delivery
- Manage a team of test analysts
- Automate test scripts to optimise efficiency
- Monitor test activity and identify risks
- Develop and monitor quality metrics
- Manage issues related to testing activities
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge and proven experience in deploying testing tools
- Ability to plan and manage resources to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience:
- Strong background in ERP Test Management
- Experience with Oracle Cloud suite (HCM, Finance, Payroll)
- Extensive experience managing testing in a complex organisation
- Experience with system integration, user acceptance, performance, and security testing
- Experience in functional and non-functional test analysis
