Adecco Worcester are recruiting for a Head of Quality for our client in Pershore. You will oversee the quality function across four manufacturing sites, focusing on meeting customer needs and ensuring product excellence. They work closely with various teams like Sourcing, Engineering, and Sales. Managing both UK and China quality teams, ensure compliance with standards and drive improvements. This role reports to the Managing Director, supporting diverse business functions from Production to sourcing strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term quality strategies to reduce risks and meet customer expectations. Lead quality processes from product conception to warranty analysis, ensuring proactive quality culture. Maintain ISO9001 standards, ensuring compliance and alignment with legal and customer requirements.
