What You\'ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and motivate housing management teams to deliver outstanding, resident‑focused services.
  • Set strategic direction and lead service transformation across tenancy management, estate services and community engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service performance using robust data and resident feedback to sharpen service delivery.
