Casual Refuse Collectors to join a team of valued key workers and help make a positive difference to the environment we all live and work in. Offering a fantastic work-life balance! With pre-planned routes and set start and finish times, there are no nasty surprises or late finishes, leaving you with plenty of time to spend with your family and friends.
As a Refuse Bin Collector, you'll:
- Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job
- Undertake all duties in a professional manner, deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to the articles left for removal
- Use in-cab technology/mobile devices as directed
- Complete relevant paperwork in real time
- Carry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after usage
- Ensure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles
- Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public
Your typical working hours will be: 8 am to 3.30 pm - Monday - Friday
