We are looking for either an assistant RLO or RLO to meet with our residents, book in planned works and be the point of contact for the residents throughout the process of renewing their bathrooms and kitchens. As an RLO Officer, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with residents, ensuring a smooth and successful process for our projects. You will be responsible for visiting properties, communicating with residents, discussing opportunities, taking photos, and providing ongoing updates throughout the process.
