Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in Hawarden. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys a varied role, combining administration duties with hands-on warehouse responsibilities.

The Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate record keeping and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for maintaining tracking systems, managing calibration records, and communicating with various business areas and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputting and maintaining data using Excel and internal tracking systems
  • Ensuring records are consistently updated and accurate
  • Logging calibrated tools onto company systems
  • Following established processes when tools fail calibration checks
  • Liaising with and updating internal business areas via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Supporting warehouse activities in a hands-on capacity
  • Working efficiently within a busy, high-volume environment

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Is confident, proactive, and able to use their own initiative
  • Has previous experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
