Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organisation, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join their team in Welham Green, Welwyn Hatfield. In this key role, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales administration and building strong relationships with a national and international customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous B2B manufacturing experience in key account management, customer service, and sales support. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for our client's valued customers, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Collaborate with other Internal Sales Officers to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Create and follow up on quotes.
- Liaise with external sales teams, planning, and purchasing departments.
- Assist with order processing when required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of relevant paperwork.
