Responsibilities:
As an Operations Coordinator - Stores, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of stocks and ensure on-time delivery targets are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate records
- Packing tools and parts, ensuring compliance with export and container packing documentation requirements
- Meeting operational requirements while upholding safety standards
- Conducting and auditing inventory counting
- Auditing stores team transactions and reporting findings
- Managing calibrated tools, safety equipment, and tooling inventory
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Expediting effective logistics solutions to the operations team
- Producing import and export paperwork accurately and on time
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Solid warehousing/logistics background
- Experience in parts management in a fast-moving environment is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in freight distribution
- Forklift licence
