Responsibilities:

As an Operations Coordinator - Stores, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of stocks and ensure on-time delivery targets are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate records
  • Packing tools and parts, ensuring compliance with export and container packing documentation requirements
  • Meeting operational requirements while upholding safety standards
  • Conducting and auditing inventory counting
  • Auditing stores team transactions and reporting findings
  • Managing calibrated tools, safety equipment, and tooling inventory
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Expediting effective logistics solutions to the operations team
  • Producing import and export paperwork accurately and on time

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Solid warehousing/logistics background
  • Experience in parts management in a fast-moving environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in freight distribution
  • Forklift licence
