We are looking for a friendly, organised Legal Secretary to join a long-established firm in Harrow. You will mainly support the Private Client team, with some help needed in conveyancing and litigation when things get busy.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drafting and preparing documents for wills, probate and general private client work
- Managing emails, calls and client correspondence
- Booking appointments and keeping files tidy and up to date
- Helping the conveyancing team with contracts, statements, and client updates
- Assisting litigation with standard forms and document preparation when required
- General admin: audio typing, scanning, photocopying, file management
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience as a legal secretary (private client experience is a bonus!)
- Strong typing and document-production skills
- Great communication and organisational abilities
- Happy to help across departments when needed
- Friendly, professional and able to work independently
