Location: Harlow
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Salary: Up to Β£27,000

Responsibilities:
- Raising and tracking repair and maintenance orders
- Requesting and chasing contractor quotes
- Arranging access with Residents, Caretakers & Key holders
- Updating property management systems and records
- Responding to resident and client emails and calls
- Logging repair requests and general enquiries
- Sending updates, notices, and routine correspondence
- Checking and uploading contractor invoices
- Supporting service charge and arrears administration
- Maintaining compliance and safety documents
- Keeping property, ownership, and contractor records up to date
- Assisting with meetings, inspections, and general office admin
