We are seeking an experienced Production Technician to support efficient, high quality manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for running and maintaining injection moulding machines and other machinery, carrying out tool changes, monitoring quality, and supporting smooth production flow across shifts. This is a varied, hands on role working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver operational excellence and a strong customer first focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain moulding machines and other machinery to meet production and quality targets
  • Carry out tool changes and minor maintenance to minimise downtime
  • Monitor product quality and resolve processing or tooling issues
  • Support team leadership, training, and shift handovers
  • Maintain 5S standards, accurate documentation, and a strong health and safety approach
  • Forklift licence held or in-house experience would be an advantage
