About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Shift Co-ordinator / Recruitment Expert to join our dynamic on-site team in Petersfield. This role combines operational shift coordination with hands-on recruitment responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a strong, reliable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and adjust daily and weekly shift schedules to meet operational demands.
- Act as the first point of contact for on-site staff, resolving attendance, rota, HR, Payroll and shift-related queries.
- Monitor timekeeping, breaks, and shift compliance.
- Liaise with team leads and managers to ensure adequate staffing levels across all shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of shift patterns, absences, and overtime.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent on-site roles.
- Write and post job adverts across multiple platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate onboarding, right-to-work checks, and induction processes.
- Build strong relationships with local job centres, agencies, and community partners to attract talent.
