Type: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee all manufacturing and production activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of production equipment in collaboration with the Maintenance Engineer.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity while reducing operational costs.
Maintain high standards of factory cleanliness and hygiene.
Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Report operational issues and production challenges to senior management.
Monitor production performance, quality standards, and productivity levels.
Train, coach, and support Factory Operators to encourage continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Chair weekly operations meetings.
Work closely with the administration team to resolve daily delivery-related matters.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 5 years experience in a Production Management role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience using SAP MRP/ERP systems for production planning.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving operational performance.
