Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Immediate start available.

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This role is for an individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Support customers with product selection
