Our client, a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a skilled GRP Laminator to join their team in Horndean, East Hampshire.
Position: GRP Laminator
Location: Horndean, East Hampshire
Contract Type: Temp To Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
What You'll Do:
- Mould Preparation: Prepare moulds and apply release agents to ensure the smooth production of components.
- Hand-Lay Techniques: Utilise hand-lay techniques to work with fibreglass, resin, and gel coats, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality checks on finished products, maintaining high standards.
- Trimming & Cutting: Trim, cut, and finish GRP components according to specifications, ensuring every piece is flawless.
- Laminating Processes: Engage in various laminating processes, including wet lay, infusion, or vac-bagging, to enhance product quality.
