Our client, a dynamic organisation in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a skilled GRP Laminator to join their team in Horndean, East Hampshire.

Position: GRP Laminator
Location: Horndean, East Hampshire
Contract Type: Temp To Perm
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

What You\’ll Do:

As a GRP Laminator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) components. Your daily tasks will include:

• Mould Preparation: Prepare moulds and apply release agents to ensure the smooth production of components.
• Hand-Lay Techniques: Utilise hand-lay techniques to work with fibreglass, resin, and gel coats, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality checks on finished products, maintaining high standards.
• Trimming & Cutting: Trim, cut, and finish GRP components according to specifications, ensuring every piece is flawless.
• Laminating Processes: Engage in various laminating processes, including wet lay, infusion, or vac-bagging, to enhance product quality.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Experience in GRP finishing or laminating
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship
