What You’ll Do
As the Health and Safety Business Partner, you will be a strategic leader, providing operational support and guidance to management teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Developing, reviewing, and advising on policies and procedures.
- Auditing and assessing performance against health and safety objectives.
- Providing expert advice to promote a positive health and safety culture.
- Working closely with management teams to implement effective health and safety initiatives.
Key Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in health and safety policy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of current health and safety regulations and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels.
- An ability to work independently and prioritize your workload efficiently.
