Ground Operations Supervisor Adecco are proud to be partnered with one of Europe's leading airlines, to recruit for motivated and enthusiastic people to join their Ground Operations team here in Luton Airport. As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety, efficiency and quality in airline ground operations. The GO supervisors work proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders to help identify areas for improvement, reduce risks and ensure our clients ground operations meet industry standards, safety regulations and internal policies. The details: · Pay rate of £12.45 p/h · 35-40 hours a week, including some weekend shifts. · Rota will require shifts starting as early as 0500 and finishing as late as midnight. · Annual leave entitlement · Access to benefits package including eye test vouchers, money saving discounts and pension. · Access to Employee Assistance Programme to support in all aspects of your wellbeing · Full training provided · Free on site parking for staff Responsibilities Supervise all operations areas on-site (passenger handling, ramp handling, load control, etc.) Oversee performance of certain flights, assisting in reaching the desired quality of handling, follow up and recoding of registered delays.
