Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Analyse production data to prepare reports on performance metrics, identifying trends and potential issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Support the training and development of production staff to foster a skilled workforce. Proven experience as a Production Controller or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and performance metrics. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills.
