Work closely with the Senior Manager - Design and other team members. Collaborate seamlessly with copywriters and digital designers. Present design concepts clearly and confidently. Manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality. Communicate proactively about project timelines and potential issues. Take full ownership of design projects from brief to delivery.
Requirements:- 3-5 years in graphic design roles (agencies, studios, in-house teams).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across multiple channels.
- Experience in brand campaigns from concept through execution.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with B2C brand guidelines, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
- In-house agency or brand-side design experience.
- Background in both digital and print design.
- Understanding of design systems and motion design principles.
