This is a largely autonomous role, so you'll need to be comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for stock accuracy, and seeing investigations through from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Taking ownership of stock accuracy across warehouse and off-site locations. Carrying out physical stock counts and PI checks at least 2-3 times per week. Investigating stock discrepancies through both system analysis and hands-on warehouse checks. Monitoring stock movements and maintaining accurate inventory records. Producing stock reports and supporting audit compliance. Liaising with Warehouse, Customer Service, Purchasing and Planning teams. Managing stock transfers, traceability and stock-related administration. Identifying opportunities to improve stock accuracy and warehouse processes. What We're Looking For Significant experience in Stock Control, Stores, Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations. Candidates from any industry background are welcome to apply. Strong working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel. A hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time in the warehouse as well as at a computer. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to investigate and resolve stock issues. Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working on your own initiative.
