This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to develop their career within a hands-on manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll support the design and development of engineered products from concept through to production, gaining exposure to the full product life cycle. Create SolidWorks 3D models, 2D CAD drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. Support new product development and continuous improvement projects. Assist with engineering calculations, testing, and product validation. Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience using SolidWorks and 2D CAD through university projects, placements, internships, or employment. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and design principles. Full UK driving licence. Placement year or internship within manufacturing or engineering. Knowledge of Design for Manufacture (DfM), CNC machining, or manufacturing processes. Exposure to FEA, engineering calculations, or product testing.
