Our client, a leading organisation in global mobility solutions, is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Global Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their dynamic team! Role Overview:

As a Global Mobility SME, you will be the go-to person for ensuring seamless and compliant employee delegations abroad and supporting those traveling to the UK. You'll provide invaluable expertise on all types of international assignments while fostering a culture of excellence through training and coaching.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in global mobility (inbound/outbound), international HR, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience in training and coaching team members effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex data.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in IT tools (Outlook, Office 365).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegation Management: Ensure timely and compliant delegations abroad, adhering to regulations and organizational policies. Serve as the primary contact for complex delegation cases, providing expert advice and solutions. Collaborate with payroll to initiate and terminate assignment allowances or one-time payments. Support local departments and projects with administrative tasks.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs for new joiners on delegation processes and travel expenses. Coach and upskill delegation team members to enhance their knowledge and performance.
  • Data Quality and Compliance: Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure compliance with delegation processes and policies. Implement and maintain best practices for effective data management and reporting.
