We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse and distribution operation.

Reporting to the Branch Dispatch Manager, you will oversee warehouse activities, support and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of health & safety and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities.

Allocate workloads and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently. Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.

Support, motivate and develop warehouse employees.

Assist with recruitment, inductions, rotas and timesheets.

Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock control activities. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and PPE requirements.

Monitor branch performance and help achieve KPI targets.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

About You

Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience managing teams and operational priorities.

Knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety practices.

IT competent with good administration skills.
