We're currently looking for a reliable, self-motivated Field Service Technician to join a growing team. This is a field-based position where you'll work independently, managing your own schedule and travelling directly from home to customer sites across your region. You'll play an important role in ensuring equipment is serviced and maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain washroom equipment at customer premises
- Manage your own daily route and workload
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Keep your vehicle stocked, organised and ready for daily use
- Travel across Glasgow, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Dundee
- Attend a regional depot weekly to replenish supplies
- Occasional overnight stays may be required
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Early starts required
- Flexibility needed depending on workload, travel and customer needs
