We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join a busy Head Office team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and Excel skills who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records and supporting business processes. This role has become available due to a team member returning to university, making it a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a professional corporate environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining and updating compliance records, databases and internal systems.
- Processing documentation and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Producing reports and management information using Excel.
- Handling large volumes of data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Supporting internal teams with compliance-related administration.
- Monitoring documentation and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Responding to internal enquiries and providing administrative support.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and general office administration.
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
