We are currently recruiting for Gateline Assistants to join our team at Cheltenham Station. This is a customer-focused role where you will be supporting passengers, assisting with ticket checks, and helping to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the station.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting passengers entering and exiting the station
- Providing excellent customer service and travel information
- Checking and validating tickets where required
- Managing passenger flow during busy periods
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming station environment
- Reporting incidents and issues in line with procedures
