Position Summary: As a Counterbalance FLT Operator at Crown Holdings Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging components within our high-performance production environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate counterbalance forklifts to transport materials across production and warehouse areas. Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling of goods. Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods to designated storage areas. Conduct daily pre-use inspections of FLT equipment and report any faults or safety concerns. Maintain accurate stock movement records using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). Adhere strictly to Crown\'s safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental policies. Assist with general warehouse duties including inventory counts, housekeeping, and packaging. Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Valid Counterbalance FLT license (IPAF or RTITB counterbalance licence for 5 tonne trucks and under as well 5 - 10 tonne trucks). Minimum 1 year of experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a manufacturing or logistics environment. Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with minimal supervision. Good communication and teamwork skills. Desirable: Experience in FMCG or metal packaging industries. Familiarity with SAP or other warehouse management systems. Additional licenses (e.g., Reach Truck, PPT) are a plus.Working Conditions: Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and temperature variations.
