Are you an experienced Financial Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Huntingdon, is seeking a Financial Accountant Band 7 to join their team for an initial period of 6 months, with an immediate start in December. As the Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet, overseeing payroll, payments, receivables, and SBS transactions. You will also be responsible for the resolution of payroll issues and completing a Charity review, as well as providing daily oversight of outsourced operational financial services. Key Responsibilities: Leading the Financial Accounts and Income team. Ensuring compliance with statutory returns and producing month and year-end accounts. Supporting Trust-wide financial planning and cash flow management. Conducting financial reconciliations and providing advice on technical matters.
