What You'll Do:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Accounts Payable department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and verifying invoice documentation, including conducting statutory checks for VAT.
- Engaging with business representatives and external customers to resolve inquiries regarding outstanding invoices and payment queries, both verbally and in writing.
- Investigating statements and queries while obtaining credit notes from suppliers for pricing errors or short deliveries.
- Ensuring adherence to reporting, control, and reconciliation procedures.
