Key Responsibilities:
- Balance Sheet Management: Ensure timely monthly balance sheet reconciliation, query resolution, and associated quarterly reporting.
- Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, showcasing Leasys' results to local management.
- AP/P2P Function: Support the Accounts Payable process by efficiently handling AP invoice processing.
- AR Function: Help manage key remarketing customer accounts allocation and reconciliation.
- Intercompany Reporting: Maintain full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of intercompany and related party balances.
- Treasury Liaison: Collaborate with the Treasury Department regarding intercompany loans and derivatives reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare financial reports and management information as required.
- Process Improvement: Drive enhancements within the Finance team and the broader organization, identifying opportunities and managing relevant initiatives.
- Systems Knowledge: Continuously enhance your expertise in Miles operational systems and Dataflow GL/P2P applications.
Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, adaptable to various audiences.
- An inquisitive and self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and isn't afraid to lead change.
- A logical approach to multidimensional problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with Business Objects is desirable.
