We are currently seeking a Field Observer to support a time and motion study within our Field Sales operation. This role is critical in helping us understand day-to-day activity patterns and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

As a Field Observer, you will accompany a Field Sales Representative throughout their working day, documenting all key activities, timings, and workflow details using dedicated software. Your observations will provide invaluable insight into how our field processes operate in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow an assigned Field Sales Representative throughout the day
  • Accurately record time spent on core activities including:
  • Store visits
  • Merchandising tasks
  • Sales calls
  • Administrative work
  • Capture data using provided software, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency
