Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the ongoing maintenance and repair of the company's facilities.
- Ensure all facilities are compliant with current health and safety legislation.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance staff, cleaners, and contractors.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Develop and support management of the facilities department's budget.
- Planning and managing refurbishments, relocations, or changes to office layouts.
- Developing and implementing policies and strategies for reducing energy consumption and improving sustainability within the facilities.
- Regularly reporting on tenant activities, progress against targets, and key business metrics to the facilities team.
- Using data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth and success.
