As a Facilities Administrator your mission will be to support with strategic planning as well as day-to-day operation of processes and services, particularly in relation to the organisation’s buildings and premises., * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all building and maintenance projects are planned and communicated;

Assisting in the procurement or tendering process for contractors and suppliers;

Co-ordinating all of their external building and maintenance projects;

Leading on all our essential services including security, property maintenance, cleaning, waste-disposal and recycling;

Track their premises Health & Safety compliance, requirements, including Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and raise any areas of concern with our engineering management team.

Good knowledge of H&S

Proven competence in building management or construction administration, while working in a similar facilities role
