Your Role: As the Fabric Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our client\’s fabric manufacturing department. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in quality, efficiency, and performance. Your expertise will help shape the future of our fabric production. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the fabric manufacturing departments and team members. Optimise fabric operator requirements to ensure efficient machinery utilisation and timely stock delivery. Drive performance onKPIs, focusing on: Quality Improvement Waste Reduction Productivity Enhancement Stock Management Regularly review manufacturing performance and adapt to changing company needs. Ensure proper operator training and adherence to machine running procedures. Monitor production processes to maintain consistent quality and highlight variances. Collaborate closely with the QC team to uphold and improve finished quality standards. Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure all production data is accurate. Evaluate machinery operations in collaboration with the maintenance department. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in lean management and change management. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
