- Contracts Management: Oversee all contracts under your jurisdiction, ensuring they are executed professionally and meet the expectations of both customers and business partners.
- Site Operations Management: Implement industry best practises to create a first-class workplace experience for all on-site personnel.
- Innovation and Technology: Leverage innovative technologies and automation to develop new operational methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sustainability Commitment: Actively engage in sustainability initiatives, collaborating closely with the wider Workplace group and partners to promote eco-friendly practises.
- Team Development: Mentor and facilitate the training and development of team members, fostering a supportive and cooperative environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Workplace Experience and Front of House.
