Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm (On-site) 50 minutes lunch break.

Pay Rate: £13.85 to £14.36 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and their team.
  • Minute-taking.
  • Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring effective time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation and parking, making arrangements for domestic and international trips for members of the senior team, as well as, for international guests from China, India and the USA.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Managing on-site facilities such as maintenance.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events working to a budget.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing documents, ensuring accuracy and a professional tone.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion.
  • Driving as required for errands and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure and work well under pressure.
