Systems & Compliance Manager Location: Worcestershire/Herefordshire Area (Multi-site role) Are you an experienced quality and compliance professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Managing and developing Quality Management Systems (QMS). Leading internal audits, GMP audits and supporting external certification audits. Driving compliance with recognised industry standards and customer requirements. Planning and facilitating HACCP reviews, risk assessments and mock recalls. Leading product safety initiatives and fostering a positive compliance culture. Supporting supplier approval processes and customer compliance activities. Managing traceability exercises and compliance reporting. Providing expert quality, regulatory and compliance guidance across the business. Delivering training and coaching to support operational excellence. Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives. About You Previous experience within manufacturing, packaging, food production or another highly regulated industry. Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualifications. HACCP qualification and strong understanding of risk management. Experience working with recognised standards such as BRC, FSC, ISCC+ or AIB. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
