Your Role:
- Maintain and update health & safety documentation, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Conduct workplace inspections, toolbox talks, and H&S inductions.
- Deliver training on manual handling, machinery safety, and risk awareness.
- Oversee compliance with UK H&S legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, PUWER, RIDDOR, LOLER).
- Champion a proactive safety culture across all levels of the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a health & safety role within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Recognised H&S qualification (IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and practical application.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence positive safety practices.
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently.
