Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent Excel skills and a creative flair? We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Buyer's Admin Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced buying and product development team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the creation of new product ranges while developing a career within buying, sourcing and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and updating costing sheets accurately using Excel
- Managing critical paths and tracking key project milestones
- Maintaining and updating customer progress reports
- Liaising with suppliers and international sourcing teams
- Coordinating product samples, including tracking, packing and distribution
- Supporting product development and range selection activities
- Creating new product records and purchase orders on internal systems
- Conducting online and in-store product research
- Resolving day-to-day supplier and customer queries
- Working closely with internal teams
- Supporting trade shows and promotional events when required
About You
- Experienced administrator
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
